Not sure how it ended in green and sold for .99 yet it is relisted by the same seller.

Here's probably what happened: seller meant to start auction with bidding at 99 cents and accidentally created a BIN for 99 cents, which someone hit, and was disappointed to find out that the seller won't honor the transaction. Seller then relists correctly as an auction.
