It's been widely reported that Habs players Matt D'agostini, Carey Price, Mike Komisarek, Chris Higgins and Sergei Kostitsyn are in quite a heap of trouble. No OFFICIAL word has been released but I've heard stuff like drugs, rape, etc. Evidently the police are going to be at the airport to arrest the players once their plane touches down in Montreal. OUCH!

Criminal investigation on Sergei, Andrei Kostitsyn and Roman Hamrlik. Associated with gang members who sell/distribute drugs.

just read that on TSN.com. they said 2 players were recorded having conversations with a drug trafficker who is now in police custody. they did not name the players however.

EDIT: now that I have read more. this story is nothing more than rumors and it seems that no players will be arrested and they were merely friends with the guy but not in any trouble.

Yeah, it seems this whole story was a big to do about nothing. I was reading storys all night from Carey Price being arrested for drug dealing to rape to Alex Kovalev committing suicide. Just seems like a couple player where "friends" with a known gangster..
