1999 SP Signature - The Set - 133 pic's & a slideshow link

13 years ago I purchased a box of 1999 UD SP Signature cards and the search began. Today 7/25/2012 the search ends with the arrival of the last card to complete the set. The original checklist was 137 cards & included the Terrell Davis UDA card, that card has since been removed from the checklist & has been changed to a standalone from the release, 4 other cards were not issued, Brett Favre, Fred Taylor, John Elway, & Napoleon Kaufman.

Eddie George was the last card to finish the set, fitting he was a Tennessee Oiler at the time as the Titans are my local team. I bought it off E-Bay from a seller I had just purchased the Tim Couch from. Before the Couch auction ended I asked the seller to name a BIN price & he wanted to keep with the auction, I got it for $35, a gem mint 10 rookie. He took it well & I had already asked if he had the George & after a little back & forth we struck a deal. A few in my set are the gold versions which is OK for now, if I run accross the regulars cheap I'll replace them if not no biggie.
