I'm currently watching a documentary on Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio about their historic runs in 1941. With Trout mania in full force, it got me thinking on what card prices of Teddy and Joe would be if the hobby was as it is now, in 1941. Would their performances drive prices even further then what we see with Trout and Harper in the modern hobby. What if Ted and Joe had a BC auto? What would the high be in 1941? Interesting to think about since the hobby exploded well after their playing days.
