So far, 1-0 Hamels over Sheets in VERY important Series for Philly.

A. Jones HR (24). 6-5 O's. My Dad, who took off work this weekend to watch all 3 games on the Tube, just threw something (hopefully small) at the TV, then sighed and shrugged.

And Sale-Darvish not a Duel. 4-3 thru 2...

Nice to see Fiers getting support and in line for the win. Only given up 3 hits with 9 Ks.

A's-O's tied at 8. Game of the night!

Villanueva wins again, 6-0. Scott Diamond 2 hits thru 6, now 10-4.

Sheets wins again, but gave up a run LOL. I'd say he's locked up "Comeback Player of the Year" after only three starts...

How is Mike Fiers this good? Keep in mind that when Fiers (drafted in the 22nd round) was coming up in Milwaukee he wasn't even a thought as a notable prospect. Never in our top-10. An no Brewer prospector that I know really paid attention to him.

Replace count workers like Gardner and Swisher with free swingers like Ichiro and Andruw, among others, and the game gets shorter. Plus, Gardner seems to foul off 5 pitches per AB.

Twins had a sweet game against the Indians. Win 11-0 and Diamond gets the complete game shutout.

It's now 14-9 A's after scoring six off Jim Johnson, who had long (30ish) Saves streak going.

And Rockies getting shut out at home by Arroyo and relievers. That can't be something that's happened much...
