Question for any NOLAN RYAN Collectors (Picture Inside)

Hey guys, a customer has this item and would like some more info. I know there are a lot of Nolan Ryan Collectors on the board, so I figured I would try. It is a very large picture or poster. It is /2000 and is signed (by the artist I am assuming in the bottom right)
