Anyone have any clue when Zack Wheeler makes his triple-A debut?

I have noticed that Dylan Bundy hasn't pitched in 11 days or so. Did they have an innings limit on him for the season that he reached, or is there some other reason? He is not listed on the DL according to MiLB.com.

He is to be promoted Sunday.

He pitched about three days ago but the game was suspended after 2.2 innings.
