I think there was a thread the other day about the same exact situation. If I'm not mistaken, the consensus opinion is that it's sketchy conduct on the seller's part, but he's up-front in the item's title and description. Reading comprehension is most likely not a strength on the part of the bidders. P.T. Barnum strikes again!
