Who was the last one you needed? Tyree/Manning? Nice work on finishing it, now hurry up and take care of that /50!

Tyree/Manning was the last one. These really have dried up, but as I keep telling people I think there is a lot of unopened cases out there. I have about 500 patches maybe 550 out of 3000. I know that I have bought more than 80% of the ones that have been available on ebay. I haven't seen any of the ones I need for months.

I spoke to Chris Carlin and the team at Upper Deck about 2 1/2 years ago. Apparently they couldn't sell Masterpieces so they won't give it another chance. Their configuration was fine, but the autos were terrible and thus they couldn't sell it. 2008 baseball is one of the worst breaks for the money of any product I have ever opened. 2008 Football wasn't far behind. The checklist is awful for the MSRP. FTR, the worst break for the money of anything I have ever opened was 07-08 Finest Basketball. Then 2009 Philadelphia Football, 2008 Masterpieces BB and 2008 Masterpieces FB. 2007 Masterpieces BB actually treated me pretty well with some big hits. I pulled the Lincecum 1/1 Rookie auto ($675), a Jordan 1/1 Parallel ($500), Griffey Red Linen 1/1 ($202), Don Mattingly 1/1 Auto ($235).
