2012 Topps Chrome refractor centering issues?

Just opened 4 boxes of chrome and it seems almost all the unnumbered refractors are really badly centered. I'm not talking just a little off but 70/30 or worse. Is this common or did I just get unlucky? Think Topps would do anything if I sent them in for replacement?

Not all, but a lot are bad. I did notice it also. The color ones are better.

Not as bad as 2 years ago at least.
