If it is 250.00 and over you MUST still buy Sig Con to be covered by paypal.

its under $250 but when i try to put in the label # nothing comes up, does it not have tracking until signed for?

NO, insurance alone does not come with sig con and tracking...

Delivery confirmation and signature confirmation are separate from insurance. The first two document delivery while insurance protects against loss.

when I asked the guy said they have to sign for any package with insurance, so I'm guessing its signed for but only documented by the post office then
