Rangers: Grew up in Dallas. Went to about 15 games a year at old Arlington Stadium.
Favorite Ranger: Michael Young
Favorite Player: Andre Ethier: Got to know him in 2005 when he played for the Midland AA team, and my wife knows his mother. Have tons of in-person signed stuff and bats.
Favorite All-Time Player: Rickey Henderson. I collected him bigtime in the '80s and '90s, and checked his newspaper boxscore first thing in the morning before school for stolen bases when he played for the A's and Yankees.
My favorite moment, besides watching him steal against the Rangers in person, was meeting him in the offseason after his 1990 MVP season at a card show in Dallas. He signed a bat, ball and 8x10 photo for me.

Josh Hamilton was my collecting focus, but like to collect autographs and RC's of the whole team. Will probably heavily collect Profar, when Hamilton is gone.
Also like the Nats because of the players they are drafting.
