14 years.
I remember being amazed in 1998 how many things were available on eBay. And it was relatively cheap, because the site was new, so there weren't as many people to compete with.
That first year is when I completed my vintage Star Wars acfion figure, spaceship, creature and playset collection.
I also went crazy buying Rickey Hendersons.
And I remember winning a pristine condition 1957 Yankees/Braves World Series program for $12.

I remember selling 1995 Topps Traded boxes that I bought at Shopko for $15 and getting $80+ for each one. I also remember buying a lot of illegally burned studio recordings of Tupac.
