Deciphering Your Numbers

The 1st number for each player refers to their random position in the top 50 all-time home run list at their position.

The 2nd number refers to the single season during that player's career you will use to score their line. All single seasons are created equally, no matter how many at-bats they had.

If the 2nd number is greater than the length of that pitcher's career, simply continue counting from Year 1 until you get to your 2nd number.

Example: You draw Rocky Colavito with 19 as his 2nd number. Since Colavito only played 14 years, you'd have to go through his career once (14), and up to his 5th season to get to 19. You would use his HR total in Year 5 to score his line.

Scoring

Home Runs

LF
Non-Hall of Famer: 3 points each
Hall of Famer: 6 points each

CF
Non-Hall of Famer: 4 points each
Hall of Famer: 8 points each

RF
Non-Hall of Famer: 2 points each
Hall of Famer: 4 points each

Add up the scores for all 3 players and post your total in this thread.

Contestants are encouraged to spot check each other`s posted total.

Thanks again.

You must've visited this thread seconds after my initial post. I actually had the LF/CF values reversed. Here's your actual total:

LF: 6.22 - Hank Sauer 32 x 3 = 96
CF: 3.30 - Matt Kemp 10 x 4 = 40
RF: 8.44 - Ruben Sierra 29 x 2 = 58

Total - 194

Sorry for any confusion.
