Ever get excited about a $1 card?

Not talking about finding a pujols rc in a $1 box, more like finding "that" card u never knew was made or finally landing a card.

Going through a box I found a '94 flair aaron sele sample card.

I've been collecting promo/ sample cards for years & never knew about this one.

Maybe its super rare, maybe I just never noticed it, either way I got excited over a $1 card

Yes, I found a rare Caminiti card for lil over $1 that I never seen before.

That's a coincidence, there was just one listed on COMC recently (it's gone now).

I've got 4 kids and two jobs, some months that the only cards I can buy!! :lol:

Seriously though, I have a very unspecific, un-focused PC and usually just grab cards based on the design, style or photo, so there's plenty of $1 cards I get excited about, no matter what they "book" for or how rare they are...

I actually didn't know this card existed until I saw it up on COMC. That would have been a scorching-hot card in Boston back in 1994, back when Sele was going to be the next Clemens.
