I don't think they are.
I don't think they made one last year and I have seen any Order or Sell sheets for them this Year. Too bad, they were a Neat set for $20. The Subway Series year ones had a Subway token relic and got tough-to-find.
Maybe one of those new, online-only Products (like Mini and Heritage HS) might be a good idea. That way they can judge the demand and limit production, helping them sell better...

There was one last year, cause I have 2 of them.
