I think I read something called 2013 Million Dollar Chase and then another called 2013 Spring Fever which is the card program like in the card shops.

Yup, million dollar chase is essentially a copycat game of MLB's beat the streak, except you need code cards from Topps to play.

think the codes will be popular or sell well like codes in the past?

I think the codes will be nearly worthless compared to year's past. I don't believe there are any special cards this year that you can get with codes, only random (hard to win) prizes.
