This is going to be a long, XXXXty day. Our department is trying out a new "team building"concept. In my area it means I'm getting stuck with the super nice guy who likes to talk a lot and has no skills for the job at hand. I'm super irritated and pissed and put in for a transfer to a different department. I have the most demanding job in our area and don't have time to deal with a ******* that can't accomplish anything.

Morning all! Super caught up at work, so the days are dragging lol. Its hard when you don't have much to do, but harder when you've got nothing to give your employees to do.
