Trying to keep prices at a reasonable level in my shop for baseball card packs.
So since topps chrome hobby is grossly over priced, I looked at the retail market & noticed target has a sale on these rack packs ($5.99).
Despite having topps chrome sale signs for $1.99 packs & $5.99 racks, they were sold out...except for blasters.
The blasters are priced @ $20 & they wouldn't lower it to $14 (7 packs x $2 per).
No big deal but has anyone had success with this suggestion or know why they wouldn't?
Ironically they had an empty pack box priced at 1.99 per.
