2012 Bowman Platinum stupid question

Just bought a huge lot of stuff and some of this was included.

There are a number of RC cards that just appear printed on normal foil board -- like an Elite card, with a slight shine to it. Then there's are parallel cards with an etched background and refractor type borders. What is the scarcity of either?

I think the etched ones were "refractors" at 1:4. Wouldn't bet my life on it though, just what I remember.

One prospect per pack, and refractors of all sorts (etched ones, xfractors or colored 'ed) falling 1:3 packs in average. So basically out of one box you get 10-12 base prospects and the others were refractors or autographed prospects.
