Lord, that Drew Storen /10 black border with the silver sticker auto looks horrible. Part of the allure of retro sets has always been on-card autos. I guess I haven't been paying attention - has Topps been doing stickers on other retro sets as well? I know Heritage is still on card.

Ok... What are we missing? 4000 packs were sold and Topps announced it was sold out. Adding up just the guys we have seen on eBay and including each player (43 Total signers ) having a /10 and a /1 that equals 3,924 Autographs. And thats with 30 autographs not even showing up on eBay.

Do all 43 signers have a base, /10 and 1/1? Or will they release a 2nd or 3rd series at a later date and all these autographs will be spread out over the additional series?

This just doesnt add up.

Yeah the print runs of 689 seem really high....

Was it definitely confirmed that only 4000 boxes were available? That makes each base card only about 400 copies.

It was not confirmed, I believe everybody was going off of how many were available from Topps when they were live. 4000 is just a best guess.

It will be interesting to see how many auto's some of these other guys have later today when they start getting listed.

More SPs are popping up. If the middle of the road guys are this SPd... we just might have 5000 total packs.

As of right now we have 4529 packs. There are 27 players left who we don't have a count on yet. IF they are /20 that would be another 540 and then you have the 440 packs with the /10 and /1 on them. I would say it looks closer to 6000 packs.

The plates should be falling about 1 every 12-13 boxes I think. If there are only plates for the base cards. I wasn't counting the autos.
