scan it, blow it up huge, then count the pixles.

2002 is, for me, the hardest year to judge T/B

That's exactly why I'm asking. Sometimes I look at it and it's a 9 and the next time I'm thinking not to submit it at all.

8.5, honestly its pretty hard to see in a blown up scan...

I've graded 2 copies of that card. That 9 would take a VERY good day IMO
Probably looking at an 8.5.
