Do you have to be in the PSA Collector's Club to submit a crossover grade?

I'm not well versed in PSA's policies as I normally use BGS. I have a graded card slabbed by BGS. Can I submit this to PSA for a crossover grade in their holder without being in the Collector's Club?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Allen

I printed out the non member form and compared it to their Collector's Club member form. The pricing is the same which is why I'm confused. Can someone share their input/experience?

Thanks,
Allen

You need to be a member to submit to PSA.....non-members can send to PSA/DNA.

I have a few cards for crossover. You can piggyback with me this month. Send me a scan if you are interested.
