Art Cards, Editions, and Originals. Though this item doesn't really fit the accepted definition. You see a ton of ACEOs in the non sports area but basically its trading card sized original art. More times than not we're talking sketch cards, usually sold by the artist or done on commission
Edit to add- this is more of a custom card. There are some truly AMAZING artisits doing work out there and their ACEOs are pricey and honestly the work is of a level that warrants some high prices

You know, there was a Heritage Minors Black on COMC a couple of weeks ago. It was listed for maybe $5. I thought about picking it up but passed. Am kicking myself now.
