Do I have to reimburse a buyer his shipping cost when he returns a card?

I have an open case for a item not as described.
The buyer tried to extort a partial PP refund from me that I denied.
I said that he can send the card back and I will refund him when I receive it.
He wants his shipping cost to be refunded as well.

My fear is that I won't receive the same card that I sent out.
Unfortunately, the card isn't serial #'d so have no way of knowing if he swapped it out.
I have 100% feedback so obviously its not my MO to send out crap.

The perceived condition issue was a badly chipped lower left corner on the back of the card.

Anywhere Delta goes.
I just went and clicked on one of your past auctions and I see that you have " buyer pay return shipping" I assume all your auctions are like this. Saying that you may have to worry about the guy still NEGing you but ebay may also side with you since you refunded him and it clearly states buyer pays shipping.
