It looks to be the original photographic image of Cobb that was used for the 1914/15 Crackerjack Cobb.

I work for a printing company back in the mid 80's and they printed so of the famous cards for someone as reprints. I'm not saying this is one of those. I just saying as we all know they are out there. and being 30 years old they can look even older by now.
