One back is perfectly centered and the other back is really off, yet the fornt of both cards is perfect. Are these considered miscut or was this done on purpose to add to the vintage look? You can see the numbering on the right is perfect and clear and the left is horrible.

Thanks in advance.

The one on the left is a miscut. They were all supposed to have the legal language in the little box on the bottom of the card on the right. That is also the place where you can see the actual number in the set.

Yeah, it's not uncommon to see a centered front and off-centered back (or vice-versa). It's really probably more a printing issue on the backs and then obviously they cut the front correct, but it's messed up on the back.

Man, this set was tough to put together. I don't know if anyone even appreciates that these are not true reprints. We chose the best year that a player had, but then had to recreate the card from that year with that year's stats on it. That 53 Shoendienst has his 53 stats on it, while his actual 53 Topps card had his 52 stats on it, of course.
