The Way We Collect

I was really impressed by this article about the Top 10 insert sets that change the way we collect. It's easy to forget that it was the tiny Press pass company that first brought us memorabilia cards. Collecting has obviously evolved since we were collecting as kids and it's interesting to note how we got to where we are today.

Cool article. That was the first I've heard about that 1993 SkyBox Simpsons Series 1 Art DeBart sketch card. I'd love to own one if they weren't $1-2K.

That thing was my holy grail of non-sports cards when I was going full steam collecting them. Sadly I never owned one.
