I hate writing these type of things but dealing with these guys is so frustrating. I wonder if they are even capable of changing a light bulb. I have two months trying to replace an item that I wanted to give someone for Father's Day (!). I guess it was my mistake thinking that their customer service could help. I don't know if I ever want to see or buy anything with that Topps logo.
