Not sure if I'm being paranoid, but is it possible a buyer could scratch the card and then claim it was already scratched and demand a refund?

I think taking a photo of the back and stating unused should protect you enough.
lol you do know ebay would side with the buyer 100% of the time right? You can also put that the buyer must stand on his head and spin. Still means the same as as-is.Sell as is
