Hey guys/gals myself and Andrew from All In Cards are running a 69 box (plus bonus items) 1990s-01 baseball box break. We are going to give away 2 slots priced $24 or lower to join the break. You can pick whichever team/player that is left you want w/ a SALE PRICE of $24 or lower.

Post your favorite PC item in this thread to be eligible. Include a picture if you want, but not necessary. Does not need to be a certain value, card, etc. Just your favorite item in your PC.

We will choose 2 winners on Monday.

You can check out the BASEBALL BOX BREAK SECTION for the break.

Good luck, thanks
Ryan

I think all my IP autos are my favorite, because of the fun I have getting them, and the great stories I will always know behind them.

This card. Because it completed my first chrome rainbow.

I know this card is in very poor condition, but this was my very first auto. I got it signed at a show in the mid 80's. My dad took me to a show when I was 8 or 9 and Gibson was signing. My dad wanted to make sure I had the chance to get something signed and found this card at someone's table. Needless to say I was hooked on the hobby from that day on. This card will be the one card that I can say will never leave my collection.

This would my favorite PC item, as it is my only in-person autographed card. The full story behind it is on my website, but short version is that during a pregame autograph session I was literally the next person in line when the session ended and Olerud was escorted away. Fortunately he stayed around after the game to sign. I got my card signed and my wife got a ticket stub signed.

I'm going with this one because it was the absolute pinnacle of collecting in the early 90's.. and I went to so many shows trying to obtain one with no luck. After attending a 200 table show in Boston in mid 91 I stopped at a cardshop in Bridgewater on my way home that we usually hit and he happened to have it in the showcase for $150. That day I had the money left over from the big show so I bought it on the spot and was so happy to cross it off my list!! This was at the height of their popularity and scarcity and to this day is the only one I've ever seen at a shop/show.

I have been actively looking for this card or 7+ years! I've seen a couple pop over the years, but none that would grade a 9.5, my goal for the Rainbow. I would obsess and drive to three-six hour shows, just to look for this card. The third I've seen popped on CoMC but it wasn't going to grade a 9.5, but I almost caved and bought it. FINALLY found this from ktothep he ended up snagging the Raw Red of CoMC to replace this. It currently is sitting on a stand right next to my Susac signed ball by my monitor.
