Depends.
If he pulls a Clay Buchholz.... $230 will look like a steal... for those 2 days or so.
If he makes the majors and starts out 5-0 with an ERA of 2.10 $230 will look like a steal.
If he struggles and starts 0-5 with an ERA of 5.82... $230 will be WAY to much.
If he does a Johan.... wins early and just keeps winning game after game.... $230 will be a steal.
