not until 18-24 months after the redemption code is submitted and you get a replacement in the mail!
seriously, since you need the Biggio and not some other player, you will have to wait it out and see if the Biggio cards-in-hand actually show up on the auction sites. If all that are listed continue to be the redemption cards, it might be very likely the Biggio was never made.
