the Montreal Canadiens made a shocking (at least to me) announcement today. GM Bob Gainey will take over the Canadiens' coaching duties from Guy Carbonneau. I realize the Habs have not been playing their best hockey recently but I thought Carbonneau was doing a good job and thought he was a Canadiens' legend.
