For some reason it seems like the pick-up threads don't seem to get much traction anymore. Have people slowed down purchasing, or is it something else?

well, i tend to just show off my pickups in my Bagwell thread, since thats all i get. And sometimes ill show them off in the 90s thread if its relevant. I dont want to clog up multiple threads with my Bagwell pickups. But this just explains me, i cant speak for the rest of the class...

People have been posting their pickups in their own threads lately. So there would be a couple posts a day but nothing centralized.

No big January pickups; these were end of year 2013 ones that I finally scanned:

I had my eye on this card for a while, it's #d to 25 but I love the way he finished the "z" in his last name--different than most of his other sigs in this set

Those are some of the nicest looking modern cards I have seen in a long time.
