Help lance break open this shady slab

I am building this set and feel like scanning it tonight.

Señor Roberts is encased in this hideous tomb. Help him out!

Similar to psa but has this lip

I typically burn down the plastic with a bunson burner until I can get an opening in it and then pry it open with a knife where the hole is made. No, j/k.

hammer and screwdriver as suggested. If you don't have those then try the bunson burner.

Put it against a brick/concrete and smash the top corners with a hammer. Will peel right open

Seriously, a light tap on the corners with a screwdriver from a hammer should do the trick.

I find a vice to be the easiest, but I've also had success with a flat-head screwdriver/small chisel and hammer.

Why do people bother putting cards in slabs from companies like that?

Slab proved to be a POS and edges came off easily with the flat head/ hammer routine.

Might want to ask [MENTION=2373]Super Nat[/MENTION] and/or [MENTION=2046]Fernando Martinez[/MENTION], they are slab breaker extraordinaires. Actually, they may want to 'borrow' that slab for future testing, lol!

The company website actually still exist. For 3.50 only U get a better price than bccg.

Fwiw not that anyone out there was planning on it, but the card in this slab was moving. Tons of room, pretty much the crappiest slab I've come across
