Where exactly are the SP & sparkle cards found in '14 topps pack?

Since there's seemingly 1,635 different ones this year, are they found BEFORE or AFTER the insert card in the
Pack?

Or does it take the place of the inserts?

I was wondering the same. The guy at the shop near hear said they were with all the inserts in the jumbos just like the power players but i didnt pull any sps so i dont know.
