Can anyone identify this Davey Lopes "spokane Indians" PACIFIC card?

Picked it up yesterday in a dime box and can't find ANY info. It's not even listed in beckett database.

I can't even totally pinpoint a year (no copyright). While he played in the early 70s in spokane, I'm thinking it's a mid 80s "greats" card as that's when Pacific made spokane Indians minor league cards.

It also appears to be a promo card which is really why I picked it up.

Thanks, no mention of Cramer making it on the card, pretty tricky.

Yeah, Michael Cramer is a pretty cool story. Who among us wouldn't want to go from collector, to card company president, to sports photographer? Living the dream.

I used to shop at his store in Edmonds, WA when I was a kid. I miss that store and those times as well. I had to grab a few sets, as Garvey is in it as well. they are tougher to find these days, mainly because they are loaded with MLB players and probably not made in the greatest of quantity to begin with.
