I got a redemption for a 2013 topps rookie and furture phenom auto relic of domonic brown from tripple threads. I redeemed it a few weeks ago and just checked on it now.. I see this!!!!!!!!!

WHAT? What does this mean? why have they not told me? e-mail me or anything? DOes anyone know of a phone number I can call about this or what this is about. I have not done a redemption since 2009 through them and took a chance and now i see what people are saying about them...
