I've only been to one ppv and it was TNA BFG in 2012 when they came to Phoenix.
Paid $100 for two seats that were about 70 feet, at most, away from the ring so I had pretty good views of everything.
Got to see Hogan, RVD, Sting, Jeff Hardy, Aries, Storm, Roode, King Mo and others.
The arena probably had 3000 or less total people so it wasnt cramped like WWE shows are. If I wanted to stand, I just walked over where the arena staff was and stood. They didnt ask me to move or be seated and the cool part was that the area to stand was closer to the ring than my seats were.
I'd definitely go see a TNA show if they ever came here again although I dont think they ever will
The only one I ever attended was perhaps the best one ever, WrestleMania 1. I believe it was in 1985 at the square. Went with my dad and sisters, they were more in to it than I however... Still have some photo's in a shoebox somewhere.
Been to three:
ECW guilty as charged 2000 (front row)
ECW 1998 (mariatta, Ga) cant remember the name
WWE December 2000 I think, 8 man hell in a cell fight

Only been to 1 ppv. It was either 98 or 99 Summer Slam. Main event was HHH vs Stone Cold vs Mankind for the title with Jesse Ventura as the special referee. Mankind has always been my favorite wrestler and he won the title that night.
I also have only been to one, 2002 King of the Ring in Columbus Oh. A buddy of mine was going to rent a car and go out with two other friends, but had a friend back out the last minute, so they offered me the ticket, so I volunteered to drive and they let me have the ticket for free. We had a fun weekend hanging out and I actually remember more of the camaraderie than of the actual PPV.
No Way Out 2002: the colossal failure of the NWO in WWE. Was still pretty awesome but beyond actually seeing that previously unimaginable moment happen the story had no legs and it started with an un-climactic arrival
