Should I or shouldnt I? Looking for your opinions!

Yeah...so I know this is a baseball board but I figured I would post this here in hopes of getting more eyes on it. Going through some stuff I found this sealed "winner" predictor set with a Jordan on top. The question is...sell as a sealed set or break it up and hope for a few decent graders since nice Jordans sell well. I honestly dont think the Jordan will grade better than an "8" but it is hard to sell a sealed set like this for what? 10 bucks or so?

Any Thoughts?

I loved those UD Predictor cards.Creative concept.I redeemed a couple of those for those TV cel cards they made.I would open it, player collectors would be interested.
