The artist is Jason Hughes. His stuff is cheap because he draws so many for each set. I think he did around 500 sketches for this set. His art is still pretty good though and for $6 you cant go wrong!
I just picked up an ewok sketch done by Nathan Hamill (the son of Mark!). Should get it in the mail in a few days.
