I'd love to see some Dual autos of famous pairings that have made history together. Non-teammates where Either players involved in classic moments or famous trades, that type of thing?
I know "Eck" and Gibson, Buckner and Wilson, Dowling and Aaron and Branca/Thompson have done Dual auto pieces, even at the same signings. And some have autographed cards.
I wonder if guys involved in famous trades, even the one-sided ones would be willing to do it. I think time eventually takes the sting or stigma out of that kinda thing.
Maybe Sandberg/DeJesus, Alexander/Smoltz, Anderson/Bagwell (LA is a good sport and would probably do it).
Or maybe even Galarraga/James Joyce, Carter/Mitch, Rose/Fosse, Nolan Ryan/Ventura, or L. Gonzalez/Rivera. Although I really doubt Clemens/Piazza would ever happen...
