I had to follow the game on my phone (BB), and I felt bad for the guy that had to type up that play :)

I'm about to listen to the radio call. Can't wait to see it.

Why wouldn't Segura get a SB? There was a pause in the action and Segura taking home was pretty unrelated to the throw. It was all Friedrich's fault for holding the ball/not paying attention.

Can someone show me a rule eliminating the possibility of a SB? Does the pitcher have to be on the mound?

I think maybe because Seguira didn't stop at third (he just kept walking) the play was still considered ongoing. Isn't a stolen base a play onto it's own? It can't really happen as part of another play.

Maybe. What's the standard for a new play? New batter? Each pitch?
