May be the official draft card they present to the commissioner before he announces the pick? Much better than a magnet, a very cool PC piece for someone who collects Gray

According to the hologram number:

yep, I bet it's the official card the rockies turn in to MLB with their pick. Whether Bud read from it, I don't know but I think with writing that "sloppy", Bud would rather jot on a piece of paper he reads from in his handwriting the info rather than try to read the player name written on the card as "Jonathon Grug".

Actually pretty cool if you collect the Rockies or Gray. (There's a Rockies collector on the board)
