Long story short I sold a card for $225
I got the all famous my grandson bid on this card please cancel
I opened a non payer
They stupidly paid on purpose or by mistake, not sure.
They claimed it was a fraud charge or an eBay malfunction
I just refunded them but have still been charged the final value fee and can't figure out how to get rid of it.
