So I won this card.....I didn't see that he shipped it after a week and he said he is waiting for it to come in from a group break

I questioned why mine wasn't sent first and he didn't give me an answer and said one was from his "PC"....and just copied the auction details. He said the breaker is avoiding his emails and is a KNOWN SCAMMER and wishes he knew that before he jumped into the break. He said the breaker's name is MVP Box Breaks on breakers.tv and told me I can have his cell #. Now my question is this....How do you get a breaker who is a known scammer and get his cell phone number? He said he filed a claim to get his money back from the break. He said his ebay username is gthedonlouky. Anybody have any dealings with this seller or box breaker? Thanks.....
