All it took was one good start - Mark Appel is being promoted to AA Corpus Christi. :)

Worth going to a Trenton Thunder / B Mets today?

I'll be there. There are a few guys worth getting and it is mostly a trip to finish up my Thunder stuff. I'll be wearing my work attire, since I'm coming from there. It's a maroon polo, so I'll stick out like a sore thumb.

I'm at the Thunder game and saw Herrera and O'Brien go deep. Herrera's was a three run shot to left field and O'Brien hit an opposite field missile. Herrera has really surprised me this year with the pop. If the Mets end up trading Murphy, he could easily slide in there at second. O'Brien still looks like trade bait to me because he has difficulty recognizing the breaking ball in obscure counts. I'm a fan of the power, but he's only a one dimensional type player in my book.

Jonathan Herrera (Pawtucket) and Corey Seager (Chattanooga) both pulled early from their games. (Coincidink?) :)

I hate anticlimactic endings.

Dodgers prospect Corey Seager had a stomach virus yesterday and tried to play through it today. Safe to say he has not been traded.
