"Rare" and 1991 Donruss LEGALLY can't be combined, not even regarding the Elite inserts, until now.

Did anyone here know this

existed?

It's a bag filled with THREE CARD PACKS

of 1991 Donruss meant to be used as give outs and in goodie bags.

I had 2 bags of those at one time. I don't know if they are in a box somewhere or if I opened them hoping to pull an Elite card.

Those where sold by Toys r us in the party/cards/gift wrap section. I bought a bag and basically you got a 3pk cards.
