Scouring sites for Raw cards to Grade...

Hey everyone

Does anyone search eBay and other sites for gradeable singles?

I used to do it back in the day when certain sellers wouldn't bother grading cards but today seems like if a card has a chance at a gem mint it's getting slabbed....

Any prospectors that can comment - still doing it today and if so how hard is it?
I can't imagine the odds as sellers can cherry pick

I saw a few listings from bigboyd , a Jeter SP , Ripken TR and a MJ Fleer Sticker. They looked extremely clean. I also assume that if they had 9/10 shots they'd already be slabbed. But check those 3 out, and the scans. You can't see trimming etc but.......
